Kaikki tilaukset pyritään käsittelemään 3 arkipäivän kuluessa. Varastossa olevat tuotteet lähetämme vähintään 2 päivänä viikossa . Kirjeisiin ja isoihin kirjeisiin mahtuvien tuotteiden kuljetusaika on hyvin vaihteleva, myyjä ei voi vaikuttaa postin toimitusaikoihin. Paketit ovat aina varmin toimitusmuoto ja nopein.
Tuotteiden saatavuuden näet tuotteen omalta sivulta. Useimmat tuotteet ovat aina ostettavissa, vaikka tuote olisi varastostamme tilapäisesti loppunut. Tällöin tuotteen toimitusaika on noin 14 arkipäivää +/- 5 arkipäivää. Mikäli tilaamasi tuotteen kanssa, joka oli varastosta loppunut, tulee toimitusongelmia tai viivästyksiä, olemme sinuun yhteyksissä sähköpostitse. Joskus saatavuuksissa voi olla virheitä! Siksi sinun kannattaa jättää puhelinnumerosi ja sähköpostiosoitteesi tilauksen yhteydessä.
Sivuillamme näkyvät hinnat koskevat vain nettikauppaa. Pidätämme oikeuden hinnanmuutoksiin.

ULKOMAANTOIMITUKSET:
Ulkomaantoimitukset kestävät luonnollisesti hieman pidempään. Toimitusaika riippuu, minkä toimitustavan valitset.
Päämarkkinamme on Skandinavia ja Baltia, mutta toimitamme tuotteita kaikkiin maihin, paitsi Australiaan ja Yhdysvaltoihin. Näihin maihin lisenssissämme ei ole myyntilupaa. Jos et löydä omaasi, kysy rohkeasti meiltä miksi!

Rotarit voivat tilata tuotteita itselleen laskulla. Samoin klubit voivat tilata tuotteita laskulle. Kun tilaat klubisi nimissä, muista täyttää klubisi nimi yritys-kenttään!
PALAUTUKSET
Sinulla on oikeus palauttaa tilatut, virheettömät tuotteet 14 vuorokauden sisällä tavaran toimituksesta. Palautettavien tuotteiden tulee olla käyttämättömiä ja ehjiä. Ilmoita asiakaspalveluumme teratrade@teratrade.fi , kun palautat tuotteen. Palautusoikeus koskee vain kotimaan tilauksia!
Olethan ensin yhteydessä ennen palauttamista, jotta voidaan sopia tapauskohtaisesti palauttamisesta.
Asiakaspalvelumme kanssa voit sopia, kuinka haluat menetellä takaisinmaksun kanssa. Käytännöt vaihtelevat maksutavan mukaan. Myös vaihto toiseen tuotteeseen tai lahjakorttiin onnistuu. Rahat palautetaan 14 päivän kuluessa.

FINLAND:
All orders are processed within three business days. Products in our warehouse will be shipped mainly on two days of the week (Monday and Wednesday). Products that fit letters or big letters are transported in 1-3 business days and packages in 1-5 business days.
Availability of a product is shown on the page of the product. Most of our products are buyable even though we would be temporarily out of stock at our own warehouse. In this case the the delivery time will be about 14 business days +/- 5 business days. If we encounter any problems with the product, delivery time or something else with a product that you have ordered, we will contact you either by e-mail. This is why you should give always give us your e-mail and phone number when ordering stuff from us! Thanks!
The prices on our website are only valid in our webshop. We reserve the right for change of prices.

INTERNATIONALDELIVERY:
Shipping to outside Finland takes naturally a bit longer. The shipping time differs between countries and the method of shipping You choose.
Our main market is Scandinavia and Baltic countries, but we deliver our products to all over the World. However, our license is unfortunately not allowing us to sell to USA or Australia. If you cannot find your country from our list, please don’t hesitate to contact us!

Rotarians may order products with an invoice. Also clubs are able to order products on an invoice. When ordering to your club, remember to enter the name of your club to the Company -field. Thanks!
RETURNS
You have the right to return intact, still sellable products in 14 days from delivery. The returnable products must be unused and fully intact. Inform our customer service teratrade@teratrade.fi always before returning!

The package must clearly state “Palautus” and have your name and contact information on it. The return of a product is cost-free for the client.
We can return your money (in 14 days) or you can buy with the amount of the return another products or you can ask for a gift card as a repayment.
